Please note that The Plotter Doctor does not permit the return of or offer refunds for any items or service that we sell or otherwise provide.  Please be sure to contact us with  any questions or concerns before you purchase an item or authorize a repair.  All sales are final.

We will replace or repair defective items if possible, provided that the item is still under warranty.  If replacement or repair is not possible, we will offer the choice of:

1. Store credit

2. Replacement with a comparable item, if available.
